Our Operation Process:

1. Contact Us - Direct yourself to our ‘Contact Us’ tab and fill out a short form to introduce us to your project and your desired needs for the project. You will be shared an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to sign (this is done to ensure that all the information shared between you and our team remains confidential and safe) along with a Calendly Scheduling Link to book a Phone or Video Call Meeting with our R&D Team.

2. PHASE ONE: Product Research & Plan - Our first phase involves the preparation of a FEASIBILITY REPORT. We turn any concept or idea of yours into a product on the shelf; to accomplish this it is important to explore the proper background and associated scientific plausibility of the concept and scope of your project. We provide thorough reporting with details focusing on biochemical/chemical synergy, physiological and pathological benefits (if applicable), ingredient specifications, cost estimations, sourcing, procedures, and popular competitors applicable to your product niche. Derived from this information a Trial Plan is prepped for Sampling and Testing, you are briefed on each of the choices and explained all the details to make the best decisions possible. All Formulas/Procedures are provided with their corresponding costs and suppliers for individual units beforehand to understand scalable production for your business to make the most viable decisions.

3. PHASE TWO: Sampling - Based on the Trial Plan defined in Phase One we begin prepping your samples. Our Company provides Ingredients for the sampling phase but may need to place orders if not available to us. All prepared samples are shared with the client for personal evaluation, use, testing, and feedback.

4. PHASE THREE: Efficacy Trials - Depending on the usage and function of the final chosen product, a custom SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) or Direction of use is designed for the product to determine whether:

   a) the product performs the function it was designed for

   b) whether any additional item/accessory is needed to improve the efficacy of the product

   c) compatibility with selected packaging, we make sure that the bottles you opt for are delivered leakproof, durable, and resilient

5. PHASE FOUR: Custom Testing -At Kanten Solutions Co. we conduct a variety of tests specifically our Preservative Efficacy Tests (PET), conducted for quantifying the shelf life of your products.
